Return Policy
Parts and Clothing
We would like our return policy to be as easy as possible. If you don't like a product, it doesn't fit properly, etc., just bring it back with your receipt for a full refund. No questions asked.
Bicycles
We give our customers every opportunity to test ride any bike we have on the floor as well as answer any questions you have to remove any doubt as to what the bike has to offer, how it fits and operates. It is very difficult to accept a bike on return to sell as new, if it has been ridden offroad, has scratches or visible wear. If it is an operational issue, we will do everything in our power to rectify the problem as promptly as possible. We will take bikes back on a case by case basis with a full inspection. There are are no refunds on special order bikes that we don't normally stock on the floor.
Special Orders
Special order parts that we don't stock on the floor are non-returnable with one exception. If we order a special part that has been confirmed by our staff that it will fit your bike and work with existing parts, etc. but it turns out that it doesn't, the parts will be fully refunded or exchanged based on how the customer would like to handle the situation.
